How it works

There are 2 ways to go:

Option 1: My Plans are Flexible

Book as late as 45-60 days prior to departure but still enjoy the best rooms with deep discounts. Booking earlier gives you the best options!
Submit the Reserve & Contact form with details on when, where, and who with you are planning on traveling
Review the iCubedC offer list sent back to you within 48 hours of your submission
Respond back to the offer list with your preferred choice. If you have further auestions, you may request a phone call with a member of the iCubedC team
An agreement will be sent for electronic signature and deposit payment to hold the reservation
Once the agreement is executed and the deposit is confirmed, iCubedC will make the reservation with the resort
In 5-7 business days, the resort will contact you to pay the outstanding balance directly to the resort

Book as early as possible to get the specific dates & resort you want. A minimum 75-90 days advance notification is required to maximize the chances of making your vacation come true.
